We do not offer rush / overnight / expedited shipping because custom hats typically take anywhere from 2 to 4 business days to pick, print, sort, and package. We need time to process your order since all hats are made on demand. 

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is shipped. Once you have received this email please allow 24-48 hours for your tracking number to update.

Returns / Refunds / Exchanges:
Due to the highly custom nature of each hat, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on customized orders. We will refund your order if you receive a defective item however, the item must meet our criteria to qualify for the refund. More details can be found in our refund policy here.
