Shipping / Delivery timeframe:
This product delivers in 6-8 business days (estimated) to anywhere in the contiguous United States. This timeframe includes processing, printing, packaging, and shipping your product. We do not offer rush / overnight / expedited shipping because custom products typically take anywhere from 2 to 4 business days to pick, print, sort, and package. We need time to process your order since all products are made on demand.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is shipped. Once you have received this email please allow 24-48 hours for your tracking number to update.

Returns / Refunds / Exchanges:
Due to the highly custom nature of each product, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on customized orders, including blank products. We will refund your order if you receive a defective item however, the item must meet our criteria to qualify for the refund. More details can be found in our refund policy here.
