Embroidery File Check: Please double check your embroidery file!

Fast Tips for Embroidery:

Stick to these recommendations or contact us for help. Our artists may adjust your image for best results at no extra cost to you.

Use simple graphics, not photos

Small details aren't captured well in stitching. Choose simple graphics over photos.

USE BOLD LINES OR BOLD FONT:

Thin lines will be hard to read.

Use large text

Small text does not reproduce well. Use large letters for better results.

More specific rules for Embroidery:

Please ensure your files are formatted based on the details below and in our guidelines to expedite the embroidery process.

If your graphic doesn't meet our standards, we cannot guarantee the quality of the final product.

Important:

1. Highly detailed graphics that do not adhere to our guidelines may be run stitched (refer to #8 below).

2. Orders containing defective embroidery files will be placed on hold or cancelled.

Embroidery Disclaimers

Digitization fees

Digitization converts your design file into a format our embroidery machines can read. Each embroidery type and new design requires its own digitized file, with a standard digitization fee of $6.50. Once digitized, your file can be reused for future orders of the same design without additional fees.

Design with fine details

For fine details in flat embroidery, we use a run stitch (a single-line stitch).

Mockup accuracy

Mockup previews are for visual reference only and may not perfectly match the final embroidered result.

Variations of final product

Due to human involvement in the embroidery process, slight variations in placement on garments and products may occur.

Tips for best results

Design with embroidery in mind. Unlike printing, embroidery has unique limitations, and many graphics that work on other products may not be suitable. The best embroidery designs feature bold, clean lines or simple, text-based graphics. Intricate details may not translate well and could put your order on hold. If that happens, you'll need to adjust your design before we can proceed with production.

What is Embroidery?

Embroidery is different from printing in that it is done by using a machine to stitch threads into the product. Embroidery is a permanent application of a design into fabric. It is extremely durable and will just about last forever. This method is much more labor-intensive than printing, thus costing more.

Standard vs. Unlimited Color Embroidery

Standard Color Embroidery: Choose from 15 thread colors and combine up to 6 colors in a single design.

Unlimited Embroidery: Unlock endless color possibilities—excluding metallic and neon. Create solid, multi-color, or gradient designs without restrictions. We use a white, recycled polyester thread that’s dyed during the embroidery process for precise color matching.

Embroidery Types

We offer two types of embroidery: flat and 3D puff

Flat embroidery involves stitching directly onto the fabric for a smooth, classic look.

3D puff embroidery uses a foam insert beneath the stitching to create a raised, dimensional effect.
