NOTE: We offer the Gildan 5000 in Adult sizes up to 5XL. Sizes from 2XL on up each will have additional costs applied due to the extra sizing of the garments.

 

NO MINIMUM ORDER REQUIREMENTS: We do not have minimum order requirements however, the less you order, the more expensive a product will be. You can take advantage of saving by ordering more.

 

Why are smaller t-shirt order more expensive?

 

At Ed Apparel, we don’t have minimum order requirements — you're welcome to order just one shirt if you like! But we always encourage customers to order more to save more.

 

Here’s why: A big part of the cost of custom shirts comes from setup — things like prepping the design, setting up the machines, and running test prints. That setup takes the same amount of work whether we’re printing 1 shirt or 500. When you order more shirts, those setup costs get spread out, so each shirt ends up costing less.

 

For example, a single Gildan 5000 XL t-shirt with a custom design would cost $30.86 out the door. But if you ordered 500 of the exact same shirt and design, the price drops to just $8.21 each, out the door.

 

The more you order, the more you save. Simple as that!

Is there a minimum order?

Nope. We print from one to one thousand. Order what you need, when you need it. The more you order, the more you save.

Can I use my own design?

Absolutely. Send us your design, or let our designers bring your idea to life. We'll work with you until it's perfect. There's no fee for designing.

What sizes are available?

To view available sizing for products we offer, you can view the product page for each product to see what sizes we carry. Available sizes may vary based on apparel type.

How long does it take to receive my order?

After designed approval and your order payment clears, most orders arrive at your door in 9–14 business days (estimated). We don't currently offer rush or expedited services. Shipping is free for all orders.

Do jerseys come with names and numbers?

Yes! Every jersey comes fully customized with your choice of player names and numbers at no extra charge.

What if there's an issue with my order?

We back every product with our product guarantee. If there’s a defect, we’ll replace it for free and you can keep the defective item, donate, or dispose of it responsibly.

What's your return or refund policy?

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges however, we back all of our products with a GUARANTEE: If your item arrives with any defects, we will replace it at NO COST to you, and you can keep the defective item, donate, or dispose of it responsibly. Please double-check all spelling and numbers for your order. Customer-made errors when entering your order or items damaged in transit do not qualify for a replacement.

Upon receiving your item, if you notice defects or if you received the wrong item, please contact Ed Apparel immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right as soon as possible. The fastest way to ensure to ensure we can resolve any order issue is to start the conversation by emailing us at help@leagueprinting.com.

We have a 14-day replacement policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a replacement at no cost to you, if there are defects with the product. Simply contact us through our Contact page on our website or email help@leagueprinting.com  with your order number, details, and photo proof of the defect. We will notify you once we've reviewed the information that you’ve submitted and let you know if the replacement was approved. If so, your order will be automatically processed for a replacement. Please note: since all orders are produced on demand, the replacement turnaround/ship time will take the same amount of time as a regular order.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you would like to change, modify, or add to your order, please do so BEFORE paying for your order, otherwise you must start a new order. We must receive payment in full before we can begin processing and producing your order. Once you pay for your order, it cannot be modified or cancelled as it enters the production process immediately.

 

BE AWARE: THE TURNAROUND TIMEFRAME WILL RESTART FOR THE NEW ORDER so please consider this when you have deadlines approaching for a specific date or event. We do not offer rush orders or expedited shipping as all products are produced on demand and require a minimum of 3-4 days to pick, print, cut, and sew before entering quality control and packaging.
