Invoice Terms

PAYMENT METHODS:

Cash and all major debit/credit cards accepted. Once the invoice is paid, you will receive a receipt for your records, sent to the email address on the invoice.

TURNAROUND TIME:

Total turnaround time: 9-15 business day delivery (estimated) from date of invoice payment in full. This timeframe includes printing, production, quality control, and delivery. All stated turnaround, delivery, and shipping times are estimated and we make no guarantees of accuracy of fulfillment times. Once completed, we may hand deliver or ship your order anywhere in Yavapai County at no extra charge to you.

ORDER CHANGES/MODIFICATIONS:

Once payment is made, your order enters the design proofing and production process and cannot be changed or modified. Please review your entire order carefully before making payment. We must receive payment in full before we can begin processing and producing your order. To make changes, modifications, or to add to your order, please do so before paying for the invoice otherwise you must start a new order. Be aware: the turnaround timeframe will restart for the new order so please consider this when you have deadlines approaching for a specific date or event. We do not offer rush orders or expedited shipping as all jerseys are handmade and require a minimum of 3-4 days to pick, print, cut, and sew before undergoing quality control inspection.

ALL SALES FINAL:

All sales are final due to the highly custom nature of our products. We do not offer refunds, returns, credits, or exchanges on any services, products, or orders.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any orders.

PRODUCT GUARANTEE:

Every item is backed by our quality guarantee: if your item arrives with a manufacturing defect, we’ll replace it at no cost to you – no returns necessary and you may keep the defective item or donate or dispose of it responsibly.

DESIGN PROOFING:

We provide digital design proofs (mockups) of all apparel before printing. You should review and approve all design proofs to ensure accuracy. Please check all spelling and numbers carefully when placing your order. Customer-made errors do not qualify for a free replacement. If you receive an item with a defect or the wrong item, contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@leagueprinting.com with your invoice or order number, details, and clear photo proof. We’ll review your request and, if approved, process a replacement. Note: replacement apparel follow the same turnaround times as regular orders.
